A Fair copy with later cloth spine covering and staples, surface abrasion/nibbling around the edges of the cover, discoloration from staple corrosion in the gutters.

In 1915, the Journal of the American Medical Association identified the Olof Company as the manifestation of prolific "street faker" John J. Walsh. Walsh pretended to hold meetings on behalf of the American Medical Association and promoted a series of influential articles by journalist Samuel Hopkins Adams that exposed the dangers of patent medicines, "The Great American Fraud" (Vol LXV, No. 13, p. 1127). Meantime, his Olof Company marketed a pharmaceutical called "Renuto" promised to be safe and effective. Classic!
