Richard Finkel's folk art marionette

Probably a school project, the different body parts are labeled in pencil and attached with twine, the limbs attached to the controlling threads with bright green tacks. A lovely mop of hair and a pasted-on face, a bit of paint for the shoes. Measures 16 inches head-to-toe and about 6 inches shoulder-to-shoulder. Lots of the original string still attached (though will take some patience to sort out). Presumably mid-20th century, a delightful little thing.
