Brown cloth 8vo, 163pp + publisher's ads at rear. Very Good with some rubbing to exterior, light fingersoil and some pencil marking to interior, including previous owners' signatures. This was clearly an oft-referenced copy and binding has a little give, which in this case best facilitates the 25 "suggestions" printed as bold textual plates to regard in meditation.
