Embroidered silk bookmark

Silk ribbon embroidered with initials "T. D." and decorative floral motif, 12.5 x 2.5 inches, ca. late 19th century. In Very Good condition with very mild soil, expected light creasing and fraying at the ends. Larger and more textured than the average silk bookmark, backed with stiff black paper that folds over to secure the ribbon for display without damage.
