Binder notebook from fashion print design course with block printed muslin

Los Angeles: 1980.

Brief notes on Batik and screen printing processes, sketches for a few pattern designs, and test prints that follow a diagram of motif layouts--13 prints on construction paper and one large example of block print on muslin, 18 x 46 inches. Around 10 pages of notes and drawings + printed examples and cloth piece laid into an unfussy limp orange binder. By a student undertaking fashion studies in the 1980-81 academic year at the now-defunct Brooks College in Long Beach, CA. Brooks was a for-profit fashion and design school that shuttered in 2008.
