Altered "Contains Led" gas station sign, ca. 1970s
Ca. 1960s metal "Contains Lead" Tetraethyl sign, 6 x 7 inches. Painted over to read "Unleaded Gasoline," probably in the 1970s. From a gas station in the Pittsburgh area, holes in the corners and a frame of discoloration. Top layer veined to a pleasing effect.
