4 page prospectus for Kitto's Illustrated History of the Bible, including many blurbs/testimonials and "A special description of the work" on the last page explaining the author's humble background: "Dr. Kitto was the son of poor parents, and when young caught a fall which made him deaf and dumb..."
The letter introduces the circular and offers the recipient: "Can give territory in Linn Co. Iowa. If you wish territory, send for outfit & we will allot teritory (sic)." On Bill & Heron letterhead, and mailing envelope with a manuscript correction to the publisher's name.
