Dark brown cloth 12mo, 60pp. Very Good with bright gilt-stamped cover, volume bowed with slight bubbling to cloth, modest foxing to the outer pages. Famously one of three contemporary "Sarah Grubb's" dedicated to Quaker ministry, Sarah Lynes Grubb was a "Quietist" noted for her prophetic warnings against the creep into worldliness and the Evangelism of J.J. Gurney that ultimately led to the 1827-1828 Quaker Schism.
