Good to Very Good with soil to wraps, wear to yapp edges: 1-inch closed tear to the front foredge and bottom spine; small chips at the foredge and bottom corner of rear wrap. Acid discoloration heaviest to outer pages with subtler toning throughout. Prominent markings on the cover Property of Parkville Granite (etc.), but contents unmarked.

The designs photographed in situ, a few with the decedent's dates visible--mostly 1927 and the latest being 1929, suggesting a 1929-1930 publication date.
