243 numbered signal cards plus 4 info cards with title, index, conversions, etc. Cards are in Near Fine condition, lightly sunned. Housed in a 2-part box whose print appears worn by that salty sea air. Previous owner's signature on both parts of the box; cards are unmarked. "Presented here are light displays, day shapes & sound signals specified by the International Rules of the Road effective 1977." The decks were issued with a registration card that could be returned so that any updates to the decks could be mailed to the owner, which looks like the case for card #59, which has been updated with a sticker, and #60 has been removed. Otherwise complete; cards are in Near Fine condition despite the box which appears to have suffered from the salty sea air. An extensive set with great graphics that translate to modern art, especially the minimalist circles of color designating ships' light signals. Rare; fun.
