Printed rag promoting workplace safety "Be Safe — Avoid Accidents"

Approx. 16 x 13 inches with irregular corners. Soil and discoloration, fading more prominent on printed side, fraying to one corner. Raggedy; washed. Allied Uniform & Towel was established in 1962 in the East End of Pittsburgh. These rags were cut from printed cloth and serged around the edges and available as part of their industrial laundry service, which they provided in addition to producing uniforms.
