Sewing roll box
An immensely lovely thing intended to hold sewing machine attachments. Patented in the late 19th century, this is probably closer to 1920 and has a selection of the original accessories still attached. Old wear and soil commensurate with age. The end section at one of the hinges has chipped off (visible in photos), but the box remains fully functional. Beautiful! 3.5 x 3.5 x 6.5 when closed, 6.5 x 12 when open.
