Very Good with minor curve and surface wear. Kilburn was active 1865-1910, but "Kilburn Brothers" was only used until the 1880s. Prolific and popular, the company churned out thousands of images natural wonders, distant lands, patriotic and historical scenes for armchair tourism. The scene captures a woman working in a hosiery knitting factory, surrounded with imposing machinery--a familiar scene yet novelty view.
