Loop of loops (Alberite)
Alberite, a polymer similar to bakelite, was patented in 1919 and marketed largely for use in dental and equestrian purposes--in the case of these rings, as part of harnesses for horses--for just a few years in the early 1920s. This set includes 7 Alberite rings about 1.5-2 inches in diameter and an imperfectly shaped brass ring, about 2.5 inches. On a bit of handsomely part-corroded wire for hanging on the wall (as found).
