Complete set of 28 brass stencils
Complete alphabet plus an ampersand and period. 1" letters, stencils around 2 x 2 inches with a bent lip at the bottom for holding in place. Early 20th century, predating the interlocking stencils that became ubiquitous in the 1920s. Nicely patinated but clean and with a handy metal bar that fastens them together.
