8vo, approx. 8.25 x 5.5 inches. (12) pages including covers; printed in color with illustrated lettters (including a "Zany" for Z). Cover illustration after Howard; uncommon ad on the rear wrap for Swift's Combination Toy Blocks, patented 1870. Very Good with old orange paper reinforcement along part of the spine, still affected by short closed tears and 1" stretch of abrasion at the bottom edge of the cover. Scarce.
