Game of What Next, or Divided Answers (#4673)
4 x 5.5 box. From a 1913 ad in Toys and Novelties: “A game with forty-eight simple examples in arithmetic, but with a method of play that makes doing the sums a real entertainment rather than a task. An exceptionally good educational game for small children in home or school.” 47 (of 48) problem cards and a narrow card with a single-number answer. An incomplete but scarce copy in forest black paper covered box with a half-inch loss to the lip of the lid, chipping to the paper covering at the edges and old tape repair at the corners; modest surface soil but graphic still bold.
