An absolute feast of pictorial advertisements showing the latest offerings in tools, fixtures and fittings reflective of the late Victorian era. The magazine featured plans for home construction and hosted design contests. The issue is in Poor condition, wraps detached and well chewed/eroded at the  upper corner of the first few pages and a large loss of the bottom corner of the rear wrap (not affecting the last page). Some illustrations printed in an appealing teal ink, a nice reference copy.
