Cloth-backed, hand-colored folding chart, approx. 42 x 28 inches, mounted in pebbled cloth cover with gilt stamped title. VG+ with minor soil, including a stain on the rear cover. Map appears clean and sturdy. "Embraces 4000 years, from Adam, B.C. 4004, to Christ," designed to aid in the teaching of Old Testament Scriptures and embellished with Biblical narrative: the period from Creation up to the Flood in 2500 B.C., bears the epigraph, "Man in the divine image, substituted by, man in misery, lamenting.
