Softcover 12mo with leather exterior, 6.5 x 4 inches, [48] pages. No date, manuscript dated 1886. Produced in Philadelphia by stationer William Mann, "Blank Book Maker, Steam-Powered Printer," his label printed on the inside cover. Very Good with light rubbing to leather and small chip at the upper corner of the cover. Six pages of manuscript accounts for the estate of George Hartzell, with some attractive cross-writing in red ink.
