Square 8vo in heavy card wraps with cloth spine covering; lxxiii, (7) pp. Good to Very Good with intermittent foxing and fingersoil, varying amounts of offsetting from laid=in materials, binding shaken, textblock bowed. Ads for Krusi's series of drawing books printed across the wraps. With PO signature and a few small scraps with picture tracings laid in. 

Originally issued with supplementary cards and "a unique tablet with holes in the cover for arranging guide points," it served as a broader survey of early drawing methods. The rear cover advertises Krusi's books for further education, but its content is largely redundant with Krusi's entry-level books, perhaps accounting for this title's limited production and modern scarcity. 2 in OCLC (UMN, Clements).
